Our clients are need in of Program/Site Managers for their Air Force Contractor Augmentation Program (AFCAP) V and other USAF O&M contracts located throughout the globe. Multiple openings with multiple clients. 

The Program/Site Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management of overall execution of large USAF Programs and will be responsible for execution of safety programs, contract deliverables, budget performance, quality, customer relations, proposal support and corporate reporting. This role will partner with customer's needs, provide leadership for the multiple projects associated with a Multi Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This role will have strong interactions with the various customers, teams and project stakeholders to establish seamless processes that meet all program and contract requirements for our government clients.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Drive planning & delivery of high-quality deliverables in support of program requirements.
  • Develop and/or Review program specific planning and control documents.
  • Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
  • Develop, document and revise program processes and quality standards.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional teams to support program requirements of varying size, complexity and duration.
  • Collaborate and manage processes across all functions within program and business stakeholders. Maintain and enhance all program processes and workflows.
  • Communicate plans and status, and escalate issues as required.
  • Monitors, measures, and reports on team's performance via regular status reporting on team's accomplishments, issues and risks.
  • Reviews critical project documentation for completion and provides feedback and coaching as required.
  • Ensures project tasks and milestones are accurate and complete for all active projects.
  • Works with the cross functional managers to identify potential improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the role, including a clearly defined requirements hand off process between teams.
  • Serves as a channel between the cross-functional managers, program and business stakeholders, and fostering relationships across the global organization.
  • Holds team members accountable to meet estimates and timeframes for all team's tasks and deliverables.

Credentials, Education and Experience:

  • U.S. Secret Security Clearance preferred
  • Fifteen (15) years of direct work experience in Project/Program Management support of Engineering and Construction in government contracting industry or related field.
  • Bachelor' Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Management of multiple task orders greater than $1M in value in a global environment.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement / acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Former or retired military officer 0-5 level or higher preferred
